I want to make sure that each client gets the attention they deserve, so I only book a limited amount of designs per month. Because of the custom nature of my work, no refunds will be given, for any reason, once work has begun. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Once we decide on a start date for your project I will send you a Pay-Pal invoice to receive payment. No projects can begin until payment is made.

Once payment is made and you have given me a direction to work with I will send you proofs and ideas and we will tweak and perfect them until you are fully satisfied.
